My name is Ritu, and in 1999 the world of metaphysics began as my hobby. It was a way to find peace & rejuvenation while working the corporate grind.

Over time, both energy healing and the art of reverse-aging, body mind & spirit, have morphed into my career. And I'm delighted to love my work as I continue discovering new ways to help others restore & thrive. 

 

Many struggle to enjoy each day because of being overburdened by a heaviness we cannot explain. And it's my passion to show people (pets & children, too!) what it can feel like to experience a 'lighter' energy field by releasing energetic layers of trauma.  From there one can reconnect with hope & optimism again: a truly priceless state of being.

My personal style is to connect one-on-one, getting to know clients & building relationships. As that happens I'm able to draw from a treasure chest of healing modalities & natural remedies in order to guide clients towards wellness.

 

I've also discovered that, when the heart and mind are peaceful, it's easier for the physical body to repair itself. 

 

It's incredibly rewarding for me to assist others in finding spiritual & emotional well-being... because that's what ultimately leads us to a more conscious, joyful &  grounded daily life.
